Day One

I realize if I talk about losing weight as I go, it will keep me encourage all the way through. I even want to set small goals that will lead up to the big goal, the main goal. I plan on being 160-165 when I am finished with this. I want to shape my curves up and flatten the tummy, lose some in the butt are and tighten it up, I want tight thighs. I know its all possible and I can capable of doing it. Along with GOD right here with me I am actually capable of doing it all! Off to workout.


Keep God first and all things are possible.
